The coaches (Richie, Rosie, Chris and Claire) have been so helpful dragging me through the classes, Chris’s daily emails and nutrition advice has been incredibly useful, showing me how to eat well without feeling hungry or missing foods, and everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. I never thought I’d feel comfortable in a gym, but here it feels like I’m meant to be doing this, so much that I’ve signed up to stay. I’m definitely fitter and thinner than I was 4 weeks ago, and looking forward to the next 30 days!
